Unwanted items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition.

For faulty items, returning them in their original packaging is preferred but not mandatory if the packaging has been discarded. We strive to resolve any issues with your purchase promptly, so please contact us for any kind of assistance.

Most of our products can be returned within 15 days of purchase if they're still unused and in new condition. Atomizers and coils are covered by a warranty for any defects upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or flavor, please don't open it; contact us for a return and exchange.

Batteries have a 30-day warranty for electrical faults, but physical damage isn't covered. Advanced kits have a warranty for the main device only, excluding chargers and coils.

External Battery Box Mods: 6 Months

AIO and Pod Systems: 6 Months

Tanks: Dead on Arrival Only

External Batteries: 14 Days

Coils/Atomizers: Dead On Arrival Only

Disposable Devices: Dead On Arrival Only

If you receive a replacement for any faulty item, the warranty doesn't reset; it's still valid from the original purchase date.

Returning Items:

Contact our customer service team with your order number, fault description, and preferred resolution. Faulty items within 14 days can be returned for a refund, while those after 14 days can be exchanged for similar items.

Postage Costs:

We cover return costs for faulty items within 30 days; after that, customers are responsible for postage.
