About these Terms
This website, vapesquard.co.uk, is operated by UK White Horse LTD (company number 11318566), trading as Vape Squard. Our registered business address shown for customer contact is 3 The Mews, Park View Road, Manchester, M25 0PU, United Kingdom. In these Terms, “Vape Squard”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean UK White Horse LTD.
These Terms explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. The policies below form part of the information applicable to your order. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a right you have under consumer law, your statutory right takes precedence.
Age-restricted products
Vaping products are for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 to order them. We use NA Age Verification by Northern Apps as part of our age-gate and checkout verification process. Follow the check presented to you. We may hold an age-restricted order while a check is completed and will not dispatch it until the age check is complete. If we cannot verify eligibility or otherwise cannot lawfully fulfil the order, we may cancel it and refund payments received for it.
Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Images and screen colours may look different on different devices, and packaging or product details may change. Please read the listing and the manufacturer's packaging and instructions before use. Product information on the site is not medical advice. Nicotine is addictive. Keep vaping products away from children and pets.
Products are subject to availability. We may correct an obvious error or withdraw a product before accepting an order. If an error affects an order we have already accepted, we will contact you and explain the available options; we will not use this clause to remove your statutory rights.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, check that your items, delivery address and contact details are correct. We will send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, unless we tell you otherwise before then. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you; any amount paid for an order we do not accept will be refunded.
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown before you submit your order and are also described in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed using the payment method selected at checkout. You must be authorised to use that method.
Delivery
We deliver to the addresses and using the services offered at checkout. Dispatch targets and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy; estimates are not guarantees of a particular delivery date. We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them, as required by law. If there is a delivery problem, contact us at support@vapesquard.co.uk.
Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
For online orders, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Some exceptions apply, including certain sealed goods where the legal health or hygiene exception applies after the seal is broken. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to notify us and return an item.
Our additional 15-day change-of-mind offer is voluntary and does not replace or reduce any statutory right. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the legal requirements, your statutory remedies apply. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.
Using this website
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or copy or exploit website content for commercial purposes without our permission. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers or comply with law.
Website text, graphics, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but must not remove notices or reproduce or distribute the materials commercially without permission.
Reviews and other submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you must have the right to do so and the content must be lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and respectful. Do not include another person's private information. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to display it on our store in connection with the product or service it reviews. You can contact us if you want to ask about removing a submission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in force when we accept your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or we agree a change with you. Changes to the website do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable law. Nothing in this clause removes mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
