All the flavors provide their unique fruit profile. Similarly, the Watermelon Ice flavor delivers a fruity flavor with a hint of icy and juicy taste. On the other hand, Strawberry Ice flavor provides a strawberry flavor.

The Flavours in the Fruits Version

Cherry Ice

The Cherry Ice is a flavour that contains cherry and an icy aftertaste. The cherry part gives a sweet and juicy taste of fruit, whereas the icy element brings freshness to the whole combination.

Pineapple Ice

This is a flavour that consists of sweet and tangy pineapple mixed with a cooling aftertaste. The tropical fruit part creates a fruity profile of this flavour, whereas the icy element provides a contrasting part.

Watermelon Ice

This flavour is based on the sweet and light flavour of a watermelon. The icy aftertaste provides a crispness that gives the fruity character of this flavour.

Strawberry Ice

The Strawberry Ice is a flavour that combines the taste of strawberries and an icy aftertaste. The sweet taste of strawberries forms the main profile of this flavour.

Design With Four Pods

The Fruits Edition is designed with Lost Mary’s 4-in-1 pod design, which has a capacity for four separate 2ml prefilled pods. The four pods have a total e-liquid capacity of 8ml. This particular design allows for the inclusion of the four different fruit profiles on one device.

Twist-to-Switch Feature

The Lost Mary 4-in-1 device has various notable features. One of the most important features is the twist-to-switch feature. The upper part of the device can be twisted to switch the compatible pods that have been inserted.

This eliminates the need for users to manually insert or remove pods; all the user needs to do is to twist the top part of the device.

850mAh Rechargeable Battery

This product features an integrated 850mAh rechargeable battery. It utilizes the USB Type-C charge point for charging, which is mentioned in the supplied specifications as 5V.

Interactive display offers information about the battery and operating mode.

The information provided by the manufacturer states that the USB Type-C charging cable is not included.

Operating Modes for Eco and Normal

Fruits Edition Lost Mary 4-in-1 includes two operational modes. These include Eco Mode and Normal Mode.

Estimated puff number in Eco Mode is around 3,200, and Normal Mode is around 2,400. However, actual results may vary depending on the individual use and how long and frequent the draws.

The interactive screen is designed to help users identify battery and mode status.

Integrated 1.2Ω Mesh Coil

The compatible prefilled pods contain an integrated 1.2Ω mesh coil. The design of the mesh coil is aimed at ensuring that the e-liquid is heated consistently and produces vapour as well as flavours.

The coil is integrated into the pod, meaning that it is not a component that is replaceable on its own. Once the pod expires, it should be substituted by another compatible pod.

Activation of Auto-Draw Device

An auto-draw mechanism is used in the activation of this device and hence there is no need to use the traditional firing button for activation. This activation process goes hand in hand with the twist-to-switch mechanism and the in-built display screen.

The listed package includes:

Returns and Refunds

This policy explains how to request a return. It does not limit your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Change of mind: online orders

For most online orders, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return them. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the goods and the cost of standard delivery; if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery cost. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. If goods are handled beyond what is needed to inspect them, or are used or damaged, any reduction in the refund will be made only where the law allows. Some sealed goods may be excluded from cancellation after their seal is broken for health or hygiene reasons, where that statutory exception applies.

Our additional 15-day returns offer

In addition to statutory cancellation rights, we accept change-of-mind returns for most products within 15 days of purchase if they are unused and in new condition. Please contact us before sending an item back for instructions. This voluntary offer does not shorten or replace your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or does not work as it should, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Your statutory rights apply regardless of any warranty period. For most faulty goods, you have a short-term right to reject the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. After that, the legal remedy will usually begin with a repair or replacement. If that remedy is unavailable, unsuccessful, or not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may have further rights to a refund or price reduction. We will assess the appropriate remedy under the law and the circumstances; returns are not limited to an exchange-only rule after 14 days.

Additional warranty cover

The warranty periods below describe additional cover offered for the listed products. They do not replace or limit your statutory rights, which may continue after a warranty period ends.

  • Built-in battery box mods: 6 months
  • External battery box mods: 6 months
  • AIO and pod systems: 6 months
  • Battery electrical faults: 30 days; external batteries: 14 days
  • Tanks, coils and atomisers: faults present on arrival only under this additional warranty
  • Prefilled devices: faults present on arrival only under this additional warranty
  • Advanced kits: additional warranty cover applies to the main device only; chargers and coils are excluded

If we replace an item under this additional warranty, the replacement does not restart the warranty period; the original purchase date remains the start date.

How to contact us

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. For order-related returns, include your order number, your name, a short description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. For faulty goods, we will explain the available remedy and arrange or cover necessary return costs where required by law.
